I started my first website in 2005 using Microsoft frontpage. So I knew nothing about html code but could click insert image and type like frontpage would let me.
Then I decided I wanted a better looking website and so clicked the view source button to show all the html code which reminded me a bit of when I tried to do computer science in highschool but had to drop out after a month cos I had no clue what was going on.
Looking back I can’t believe how much I have self-taught and learnt through googling over the years. Nowadays it is so simple to get a website up and running with free software like wordpress.
So this is my blog to remind myself what I learnt on the web today so I can use it as a reference. My particular passion is I like to a focus on creating simple, fast, search engine optimised websites for small to medium business, particularly in South Africa.
I probably write about website design issue in wordpress and internet marketing that I’m learnign from using Google adsense and affiliate marketing. All this knowledge I hope will let me make better content and nice looking websites for the world wide web.
